Welcome to UsedZens.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. General Use of the Website

  • You do not need an account to make a purchase.
  • There are no age restrictions for purchasing from our store.

2. Product & Service Disclaimers

  • All used products are tested for functionality but may show signs of wear.
  • We offer a 30-day limited warranty on used Cronus Zen devices. Extended warranties may be available for purchase.
  • All sales are final for digital services such as Zen programming and pre-loaded gamepacks.

3. Orders, Shipping, & Processing

  • Processing time: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping: We currently only ship within the U.S.
  • Order cancellations: Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped.
  • Right to refuse orders: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud).

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days, except for digital services, which are non-refundable.
  • Pre-programmed or modified Zens can be returned, but only the device cost will be refunded—service fees are non-refundable.
  • If an item is returned damaged, no refund will be issued.

5. Payments & Chargebacks

  • We accept all Shopify-supported payment methods (credit cards, PayPal, etc.).
  • Unjustified chargebacks are subject to a $50 penalty.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • UsedZens.com is not responsible for how customers use Cronus Zen devices.
  • We are not affiliated with Cronus, Collective Minds, or any of their products.
  • Our liability for any product issue is limited to the original purchase price.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Nevada, rather than in court.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S.A.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
