- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Customers can choose from all available shipping speeds provided by these carriers, including Standard, Expedited, and Express options at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
🚨 No additional charges for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes.
4. Delivery Estimates & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.

5. Shipping Restrictions
📌 We only ship within the U.S. and do not currently offer international shipping, including to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or other U.S. territories.
6. Shipping Issues & Responsibilities
- Lost or Stolen Packages: UsedZens.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Any claims should be filed directly with USPS or UPS.
- Shipping Insurance: All packages are insured up to $200. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us to initiate a claim.
