1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for physical items within 30 days of the delivery date.
✅ Eligible Items: Must be in the same condition as received, with all original accessories and packaging.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Digital goods and services (e.g., pre-loaded gamepacks, programming services).
• Physical items returned in a damaged or altered condition.

2. Refund Process

• If your return meets our eligibility requirements, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• If a returned item is not in the same condition as received, a restocking fee will apply, or the return may be rejected.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• We cover return shipping costs for eligible returns.
• Customers must use the provided return label to send the item back.

4. Exchanges & Defective Items

• We offer replacements for defective products.
• Proof of defect (photos/videos) is required before a replacement is approved.
• If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund. If the item returned is tested and NOT defective the customer will be refunded the amount minus shipping and any applicable restocking fees. 

5. Special Cases

• Pre-Programmed or Modified Zens can be returned for a refund on the device cost only—programming/service fees are non-refundable.
• Damaged Returns: If an item is returned damaged, no refund will be issued.

6. How to Initiate a Return

2️⃣ If approved, we will send a prepaid return label via email.
3️⃣ Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 7 days.
